Do Not Call / Opt-Out Policy

North Compass Construction LLC respects your communication preferences. This page explains how to opt out of receiving marketing communications from us.

How to Opt Out

You may opt out of receiving marketing communications from North Compass Construction LLC at any time using any of the following methods:

Text Messages (SMS): Reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. You will receive a confirmation message and no further marketing texts will be sent.
Phone Calls: Request to be placed on our internal Do Not Call list during any phone conversation, or contact us using the information below.
Email: Send an opt-out request to tod@northcompassconstruction.com with the subject line "Opt-Out" or "Do Not Contact." Include your name and phone number.

Processing Time

We will process your opt-out request within 10 business days. You may receive previously scheduled communications during this processing period.

What Opt-Out Covers

Opting out applies to marketing and promotional communications. We may still contact you regarding:

Active loan applications or existing financing agreements
Legal or regulatory notices
Responses to direct inquiries you make after opting out

Internal Do Not Call List

North Compass Construction LLC maintains an internal Do Not Call list in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable state regulations, including Connecticut's telemarketing laws. Once added to our Do Not Call list, your number will remain on the list unless you provide new express written consent.
